Hypnobirthing

I have been blessed to have worked with all aspects of the fertility journey and have been with many clients from the point of conception, being a Hypnobirthing teacher is a natural progression for me and my clients. Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal training programme which is simple, logical and profound.

 I like to work with individual couples which enables a more individualised approach. The course is 12 hours and is broken down into four 3 hour sessions. I run them from my practice in Marlow. All courses will include The KGHypnobirthing book, MP3 and Parent course and training pack. I also incorporate some simple reflexology and acupressure techniques which couples may find helpful during pregnancy and labour.
